Check Points for the Pre-Planned Preventive Maintenance of Fire Alarm System
a. Smoke detectors cleaning.
b. System check by alarming the Fire Alarm System
c. To check FAS panel trouble.
d. Modules connections check.
e. System check by alarming the Fire Alarm System.
e. Cameras lens cleaning.
f. To check the connections.
g. To check the readers & controllers connections.
h. To check sensors are working fine.
i. To check all the BMS points.
j. To check the pressure level in the cylinders.
k. To check whether all the speakers working fine in P.A system.
l. After checking the all the system a copy of report will be submitted to
Client.
m. To check the total system health checkup that is covered under AMC.
