Check Points for the Pre-Planned Preventive Maintenance of UPS

·         Cleaning of the UPS module.

·         Checking the loose connection of all power cable, control cables and connections.

·         Checking control voltage, reference voltage settings and D.C voltage settings.

·         Visual checking of power components such as transformer, choke etc.

·         Checking and verification of operations of UPS system and verification of electrical parameters such as output voltage, current, input current etc.

·         In parallel UPS system, each module will be checked for its operation, load sharing current & parallel setting.

·         In parallel system, ones in a year checking of circulation current and parallel setting.

·         Physical verification of battery bank.

·         Physical verification of battery interconnection links.
