1) Checking of alignment of the motor and pump and to ensure the smooth running of the same without any abnormal sound.
2) Checking of the mechanical seal for proper functioning and any water leakage.
3) Checking and maintenance of the motor Winding.
4) Diagnosis and resolution of the various mechanical and electrical faults.
5) Checking of the PLC system for any abnormality.
6) checking and maintenance of the VFD for proper functioning.
7) Checking of the relay of panel for proper functioning.
8) Checking and maintenance of the control wiring and normal wiring for any overheating.
Hydropneumatic pump in India is used in commercial, municipal or residential purposes. They are also used for industrial purposes such as mining or food processing etc. Sometimes booster pumps are also used to transport hazardous industrial materials that are acidic, abrasive or combustible.
