Check Points for the Pre-Planned Preventive Maintenance of PLC
· Monthly functional checking of all the software and hardware installed for PLC based DG synchronization system.
· General cleaning and tightening of necessary parts and wiring
· Rectification of any niggling hardware or software related problems indicated by site engineer.
· Scan time adjustment and loop setting of power monitor.
· SCADA software cleaning with respect of unwanted files created.
o Diagnosis and resolution of non operation of PLC system (Whether wiring, failure of PLC hardware or Machine related problem).
§ To have emergency spare cards for smooth operation of plant in case of Digital Input/ Output module failure, for the time modules get repaired/ replaced in free of cost.
o Generations & analysis of the reports for the normalcy.
