Check Points for the Quarterly Pre-Planned Preventive Maintenance -Precision A.C

·         To check Unit and Air filter.

·         To check cooling coil and condenser coil(if require with water)

·         To check humidifier bottle and electrodes.

·         To check water supply strainer and drain inside the machine.

·         To check drive belt and replacement of the same as per requirement.

·         Lubrication of bearings.

·         To check operating unit ,controller and condenssor

·         To check fins of condenser & evaporator coil of necessary.

·         Measurement of current of each individual equipment.

·         To check entire overload relay settings.

·         Checking of electrical componenets for any loose connection and tightening if necessary.

·         To check refrigeration piping for gas leakages.

·         To check refrigeration system and pressure readings.

·         To check  Pullys,motor mounts and condenser fan mount etc.

·         To chec kpanel insulation

·         To check temperature readings.

·         To check microprocessor controllers for operations.
